Home Made Beef Jerky

Today, I a going to attempt to make beef jerky. My youngest son is not able to have the beef jerky on the market, no matter how orgnanic the meat is, due to gluten, fructose, soy, etc. and the additives (salicylates) that they use (natural or not) to increase the shelf life. I just purchased a food dehydrator, and am looking forward to attempting this challenge later today. I’ll let you know later, how things turned out, positive or not.
